The Zen Theory was established jointly in 2016 by Fasana Alisha Caesar and Pankaj Sharma formalising their 10 years association as an independent design practice. TZT is a small team of very dedicated design professionals who ensure that every project is overseen with detail, care and utmost personal attention. Since its inception 3 years ago, TZT has successfully completed various residential and commercial projects. TZT has been nominated for various prestigious design awards across India.
A creative professional famous for her intricate visions & visual explanations yet in a fraction of seconds, she can demonstrate on a piece of paper, the art & science of enhancing the interior of a building or space to her clients.
Her nine years of experience within architectural, interior and landscape designing, deep experience with colors, their psychological effects & meaning of each color in different locations and situation.
Fasana completed her degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore where she graduated as a Top rank holder. She went on to join Jones Lang Lasalle where she had the opportunity to work with Microsoft, Yahoo! and Astra Zeneca, having garnered experience in corporate operations she went on to pursue her management studies Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta (IIMC). During her short stint with JLL where she worked in various departments from Project management to landscaping she realized her real calling was Interior designing after which she went on to complete multiple design courses to sharpen her technical skills. To further understand the nuances and finest details on Interior design Fasana traveled to China & Europe where she spent time in various furniture and light production factories. Keeping design aside, Fasana is a pet parent to an adopted indie dog and an avid traveler.
Her designs are a reflection of artistic mind & self-imposed standards coupled with research from many fields only to create an environment that not just stands out but also to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space.
